HI, I'm Amira

I danced 8 seasons in the NBA for the Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors, then spent 3 seasons as an assistant coach for the Warriors dance team. Now I judge NFL and NBA auditions from the other side of the table.

100+ dancers have made teams after training with me, including the Raiderettes, Gold Rush, Warriors, Kings, Lakers, and Broncos.

Here's the part that matters: I got cut at my first audition. I made finals and went home, and nobody told me why. I learned what the table was actually scoring, made the team, and now I read those same notes from the judge's seat.

If you've made finals before and gone home, or you're about to audition for the first time and want to walk in knowing what the room is actually looking for, this training is built for you.

You can be the best dancer in the room and still not make it.

Not because you weren't good enough. Because nobody ever told you what good enough actually means to the people at that table.

There are specific things judges score you on. If nobody's told you what they are, you can't give them what they want.

That's why you keep making it to semi finals or finals. And that's why you keep going home.

Your Coach Who's Been the Dancer, the Coach, and the Judge

8 seasons NBA dancer · 3 seasons Warriors assistant coach · Current NFL & NBA audition judge

From the judge's seat, I can tell you technique is not what sends dancers home.

I've watched dancers with cleaner technique than anyone in the room get cut, and dancers with less get the yes. The difference is never the thing they were practicing. It's the things nobody told them were being scored.

That's the gap I teach. Not what a dance teacher sees from the front of the class, but what a judge sees from across the table, this season, in the room.

If you've done everything right and still got cut, this is the part nobody has explained to you. In this masterclass, I will.

WHAT DANCERS ARE SAYING

Here's what happens when dancers actually get this feedback

"You get feedback that you really don't get anywhere else. Having a coach in your corner that pushes you to be your best and gives you real feedback to apply every time is invaluable."

— Stacy Spell, TCC Member

"Compared to other programs, you get the most feedback from those who have been dancers but also on the other side of the audition table. Not just someone who will tell you you're doing great, but someone who is going to be honest with you."

— Makenna Shaske, TCC Member
